From engagements: application materials you upload, correspondence, and billing details needed to issue receipts. From the site: essential technical logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit statistics.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver dossier audits and related readings, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Japan.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are retained up to 12 months. Engagement files and findings memos are retained up to 36 months after delivery unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may request earlier deletion of draft application materials after the engagement ends, subject to legal retention needs for invoices.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. International transfers

We primarily store and review materials within Japan. If a processor outside Japan is used (for example, email or file-transfer infrastructure), we apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify the processor on request.
