The rhythm of an application audit

This page is for people who want to see the sequence before they commission a Full Application Dossier Audit or a shorter reading.

Bright workspace with long table suited to document layout
  1. Intake

You share the call for applications (or checklist), your draft materials, and the hard deadline. We confirm page band, language mix, and whether we can meet the turnaround. A deposit holds the slot once we accept.

  2. Requirement mapping

We build an inventory: each published requirement beside the document you intend to satisfy it with. Missing items surface here, before deep annotation begins.

  3. Annotation

Forms, statements, CVs, and evidence lists are read against each other. We mark contradictions, unsupported claims, format risks, and criterion gaps in the files themselves.

  4. Findings memo

You receive a ranked memo: critical submission risks first, then clarity improvements, then optional polish. We do not rewrite your voice; we point to where repair is needed.

  5. Clarifying call

Up to 45 minutes to walk through the memo, answer questions about priority order, and confirm what you will change before submission. Further revision rounds are separate engagements.
