Terms of engagement
These terms apply to use of https://virtualizesystems.digital and to professional engagements with Virtualized Systems Review.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or commissioning an audit of applications, statement review, evidence map session, or resubmission check, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Content on this site describes informational fees and service scopes. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm acceptance in writing (including email) and, where applicable, receive the stated deposit. We may decline work that exceeds capacity, presents ethical conflicts, or requests outcomes we cannot responsibly promise.
No outcome guarantee
Our readings improve packet consistency and criterion alignment. They do not guarantee admission, funding, licensing approval, or any decision by a third-party reviewing body.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and our findings memos remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your application materials. You receive a licence to use the memo and annotations for preparing and submitting your own applications. You may not resell our memos or republish site content without written consent.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you supply, for meeting institutional deadlines, and for final submission decisions. You must not provide documents you are not authorised to share.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Virtualized Systems Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost admission chances or funding. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competence over our registered practice location in Hokkaido, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
